Cancellation
If you wish to discontinue the service, the following ways can be used:
- Via Text Message: Send a text message with the word STOP to number 31212. You will be unsubscribed immediately from the service & will receive the confirmation of unsubscribe message (free of charge message).
- Via E-mail: Send us an e-mail to info@zoukmobile.com indicating your cell number that you wish to unsubscribe. The unsubscription will be completed within 24 hours (working days). When you submitted your cancellation request on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, it will be unsubscribed on the following working day.
